Terms and Conditions

Pricing information.
Prices online or in store may differ due to web or in store promotions. All prices are correct at time of display.  If error is made resulting in inaccurate pricing, we reserve the right to amend this.  You then also have the right to cancel or process with your purchase. On occasion we hold promotions online or in store, in the event we issue free gifts this item is non-returnable, is worth no monetary value, and will not be exchanged. We try to be competitive, so if you see the exact item available cheaper else where online, please feel free to notify us and if possible we will meet or beat that price.

Purchase order & Payment.
Our website stock is also held in store, if for any reason the item you wish to purchase has been sold in store we will contact you to either issue refund or advise you when the item will become re-available. If we hold a brand but a particular style is not shown on the site, please feel free to email twiinkles we may be able to order it in for you.  On completion of your selected items you will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the check out pages.  You will be asked for your delivery address and this must match the details of the debit/credit card you have used to process payment. Once the order has been replaced you will receive an online receipt for your payment, if there is a problem with the payment or delivery address we will need to contact you by telephone or email if we are unable to contact you the goods will not be dispatched.
We accept major credit and debit cards, funds will be withdrawn prior to dispatch of goods. Validation checks will be made on delivery address and card holder in the interest of the customer to prevent fraudulent use of card usage. Payment is made via a secure server. No un-necessary details will be held. No contract will exist between the customer or Twiinkles until payments have been validated and checked.

Delivery of purchase and charges.
Delivery can be made to address with in the UK, Northern Ireland, delivery charges may differ to delivery to the Channel islands, isle of man and isle of wight, if these are areas in which you will be ordering from, you will be contacted with the correct delivery charge and may cancel or proceed with your purchase. We use royal mail first class recorded delivery therefore a signature is required by the recipient of goods.  You will only be charged one price irrelevant to how many items you place within each order. Delivery charge will be shown at the checkout and some orders may qualify for free postage/delivery charges.  If you find you have made an error in your order however payment has been processed where possible we will amend it our side or cancel the order and wait for you to re-order.  If the order has already been dispatched please still notify us either by email sales@twiinkles.com or telephone 01646 697633 Monday to Saturday 9.30 – 5.30pm.

Delivery Times.
Please allow 3 working days for packaging and dispatch, providing the items selected are in stock.  Where applicable and possible orders placed before 12pm should be dispatched the same day.  This is not always possible but we strive to achieve this.  Delivery to remote locations may take longer. Other factors beyond our control may also cause delay to delivery, if we are aware of any issues that may influence this we will notify you at the nearest possible time.

Returns
Customers wishing to return an item must do so within 14 days of receipt, you must contact us for a returns reference number and write this number on a slip within the parcel.  No quibbles will be made regards to refund, providing goods are in original packaging, have not been worn or soiled and labels are still attached and items are still fit for re-sale.  We advise that you send the goods via recorded delivery so you have reference of goods being received back in our store.  If you are wishing to exchange the item for another size or product, please make our internet team aware of this. We are not able to refund delivery or postage charges on returned items.
We thoroughly check our products before they are dispatched, however in the event you find your item to be faulty you need to notify us the reason for return, again request a returns code. In this situation a replacement will be sent where applicable.  If we are out of stock then you will be refunded your payment.

Complaints
If you have a complaint regards to products or service, please email initially notifying our web team with the problem.  Management will personally contact you within 5 working days.
